Age restrictions

All Ages
Bouldering: No Age Restriction

Anyone can climb. Waivers for minors must be filled out by an adult beforehand.

16+
Weight Room Access

16 and up may use The Basement (weight room) unsupervised. Under 16 not permitted at any time.

≤12
Supervised & Safety Test Required

Must pass a 30-second Bouldering Safety Test and be supervised by an adult (18+ with valid ID) at all times. 1 adult per 2 children maximum. If a child cannot demonstrate safe falling, the day pass will be refunded.

Terms & conditions

Payment
Autodraft charges every Saturday.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime. A $50 cancellation fee applies if within 90 days of membership initiation (even when re-initiating). Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks before the desired date. Re-initiating a membership restarts the 90-day contract.
Hold
Freeze up to 3 months at a time, twice a year non-consecutively with at least one month in between. Freeze dues: $2.50 / week. Students may freeze May 5 to Aug 4 with no freeze dues; starting Aug 5, the $2.50 / week fee applies. Minimum hold: 4 weeks. Holds without an end date auto-set to 12 weeks. To unfreeze, come to the front desk.
Requests
All hold and cancellation requests must be submitted via our official website at least 2 weeks before the desired date. Verbal requests are not valid. (As of 09/30/23)
Sharing
Memberships are issued to a single individual and are strictly non-transferable. Sharing a membership or allowing unauthorized access constitutes fraud and may result in immediate termination, a permanent ban, charges at the day pass rate, and further legal remedies.
Parking
A parking tag is issued upon signing a membership and must be returned if you cancel. You must be inside the facility at all times while parked. We do not own the parking lot or the booting company. Walking to Dickson St regardless of whether you were in the gym before or after risks a $40 boot. B&B is not liable if your car gets booted.
Returns
Unused retail items may be returned within 2 weeks of purchase.
