We understand that sending your child to camp can be a big decision. Here's some important information that you may find helpful:

Location: 612 W Dickson St Fayetteville, AR 72701

Age range: 6-11y/o & 12-15y/o

Hours: 9AM-1PM (6-11y/o) & 9AM-12PM (12-15y/o)

Sibling Discount: Sibling discount ($20 OFF) available at check-out; use discount code at check-out: SIBLING4CAMP

Climbing experience: No prior climbing experience required. Camps are beginner-friendly and fit to the needs of the attendees.

Max instructor-to-camper ratio: 1:6 for 6-11y/o & 1:8 for 12-15y/o

Activities: 

For 6-11y/o - Our camp offers a variety of activities, including climbing instruction, games, arts and crafts, and team building exercises!

For 12-15y/o - Our camp will be more like a clinic style in which campers will dive more into climbing skills via lessons, fun climbing games, drills, etc.

What if my child has special needs? We welcome all children and will work with you to ensure that your child has a great experience at camp. Please contact us to discuss any accommodations that may be needed.

What if my child gets injured? Climbing is inherently dangerous. While all efforts are made to mitigate risk, there is no guarantee of safety. If your child sustains an injury during camp, our staff will provide first aid and contact you immediately.

What if my child needs to leave early or arrive late? Please let us know ahead of time if your child needs to arrive late or leave early. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule. Please note that missed days will not be reimbursed.

What if my child doesn't know anyone at camp? Our camp is a great place to make new friends! Our staff is trained to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all campers.

Cancellation Policy: No cancellation fee if the cancelling camper is replaced by a new camper.

  • Within 2 weeks of start of camp (Early Cancellation) - $25 fee cancellation fee
  • Within 1 week of start of camp (Late Cancellation) - $50 cancellation fee
  • Within 48 hours - NO refund
  • If a camper has to drop out for any reason, no refund will be able to be provided.

What Your Child Should Bring:

To ensure that your child has a great time at camp, please make sure they bring the following items:

  • Water bottle
  • Comfortable clothes
  • Socks
  • Snacks & Lunch (please note, that we do not provide lunch)
